At ASGE, we strive to design and deliver education that fosters advancement in GI endoscopy knowledge and inspires innovation in GI endoscopy techniques and processes. In preparation for 2025 Digestive Disease Week (DDW2025), we invite you to propose topics that will best support our session theme of Advancing Digestive Health of Patients Through Endoscopic Technologies & Training.

Submission Guidelines

For session submissions to be given consideration, a fully thought-out recommendation is highly encouraged. Partial submitted session ideas will not be considered. Suggestions that highlight emerging technology, endoscopic practice trends or disease states related to diagnostic or therapeutic approaches are encouraged. When proposing potential speakers and moderators please be mindful to ensure a diverse representation.

Review Submission Questions

Selection Process

Proposals will be reviewed by the ASGE Planning Committee. Due to the limited number of session rooms available, it may not be possible to incorporate every proposal into the final DDW program. For sessions that are not selected but have good educational quality, we will forward to the ASGE Education Council for consideration in other educational venues in the coming year.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 12 pm (Noon) CDT

Submitters Notified of Program Committee Decisions: October 2024
