  • Confidentiality Ensured: Results are displayed only in aggregate, with a minimum response threshold to protect anonymity.
  • Data Requirements: Compensation and benefits data is currently being collected for 2023.

  3. Consult the User Guide: For detailed instructions, refer to the User Guide on the Support page after registering.
  4. Flexible Data Entry: Enter data across multiple sections at your own pace. You can skip questions that don’t apply, and progress is saved automatically.
